By accessing or using the SISI IPTV website, application, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

SISI IPTV is an IPTV media player for smart TVs and compatible devices. We provide software that allows users to play content from playlists or Xtream-compatible accounts that users supply. We do not provide channels, subscriptions, or copyrighted content.

You agree that:

• You are responsible for all playlists, URLs, and credentials you submit.
• You will only use content you have the legal right to access.
• You will not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights.
• You will provide accurate registration and device information.
• You will keep your account credentials confidential.

Device activation may require a one-time or recurring fee as displayed on our Activation page. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. We recommend testing the application during the trial period before payment. Refunds are not guaranteed if the service works as described but does not meet personal expectations regarding third-party content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, remain unverified beyond the stated period, or are associated with fraudulent activity. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SISI IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
